Healthy Human UK is based in the Lake District and sells on this website as well as on Amazon.co.uk

We make the best effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping company used  – typically orders arrive within 2-4 business days We do not ship on major holidays.

As soon as your order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with the shipping details and if applicable the tracking number.

UK Standard 3 to 5 Days FREE Delivery
UK Express delivery 1 to 2 days  –  £5.95

All UK orders over £75 are FREE Express Shipping

Europe Standard - 5 to 7 days - £7.95
Europe Express - 3 to 5 days - £9.95

Rest of The World - Standard 7 to 10 days - £14.95
Rest of The World - Express 5 to 7 days - £19.95

Returns Policy

I want to return an item to Healthy Human

Please contact us outdoor7sales@gmail.com and then all you need to do now is take your parcel to your local Post Office, or selected courier, to arrange for them to send it to us. As the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we do recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

As soon as we receive your returned item you will receive an email to confirm this. 

Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, normally within 2-3 working days of receipt of your return (please note that we do allow 14 working days). Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming this.  Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, although this is dictated by your bank or card issuer and some do take longer to clear.  On occasion this can take up to 10 working days. 

I have received a faulty item:

If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail outdoor7sales@gmail.com quoting your name, order number and details of the product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 21 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please note that we do require for any faulty items to be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued.

I have received an incorrect item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail outdoor7sales@gmail.com quoting your name, order number and details of the incorrect product received. We will then advise on how to proceed. You have 2 days from receipt of your parcel to inform us of any discrepancies with your order. Please note that we do require for any incorrect items to be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Healthy Human for a full refund no later than 14 days from the date you receive your goods.  This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed.  Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of cancellation. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

I have made an order and need to cancel before dispatch

Depending on where your order is in our dispatch process we may be able to cancel your order for you.  Please email us as quickly as possible on outdoor7sales@gmail.com quoting your order reference and we will endeavour to assist with your request.
